Assess, Advise and Assist. The triple A conference is a yearly development conference created by Mountain America’s internal communications and training teams. Each year has a unique theme with a goal to reinforce the messages the employees would hear at the event. This year they wanted to encourage attendees to “Direct their own story” and be proactive about making changes in their own spheres of influence. We decided on a Hollywood director theme complete with a functioning clapperboard invitation to the event. With displays and an actual red carpet, this star-studded conference was a huge hit!
